Responsibilities
Support and help coordinate workflow processes for reporting deliverables
Manage ad hoc and reporting requests from different teams
Support valuation processes
Lead process for acquisitions and dispositions coordinating closely with teams throughout the firm
Ensure investment and portfolio data is complete and accurate
Promote best practices to ensure consistent and quality across systems
Act as the primary contact for IR related data requests
Develop process improvement recommendations
Help establish accounting policies and procedures for new fund
Assist with tax process
Work closely with asset management team to maintain fund models
Qualification
Required
10+ years of total experience with 5+ years working with PE style funds
Knowledge of PE deal structures, and familiarity with private equity reporting
Understand private equity valuation processes
Attention to detail is very important
Ability to lead a team and take ownership of the processes
Experience interacting with senior management
Self-starter professional
