Responsibilities
Develop and implement front-end architecture to support user interface concepts
Work with cross functional teams to develop ideas and create prototypes that convey experience intentions when static comps won’t do
Partner with our Design System team to ensure design excellence in our processes and workflows
Conduct performance and usability tests to validate design decisions
Offer constructive feedback in the design and engineering process and provide code review feedback to peers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with user needs
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in user interface design, front-end development, or a related field
Proficiency in JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Demonstrated ability to apply engineering and design principles in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred
May be required to have a valid driver's license
