Responsibilities

Contribute significantly to real-world projects and innovations
Work full-time during the summer on value-added projects that are relevant to their education and that drive Hilti’s business
Partner with an existing team of professionals to complete their projects and get exposure to what a full-time role could look like

Required

In pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
Current student graduating in fall 2026 or spring 2027
Availability to work June 1st – July 31st, 2026
Desire to pursue the business aspect of the engineering profession
Are results-oriented and proactive - able to get things done and achieve targets
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Can identify, analyze, and solve technical problems
Possess strong communication and presentation skills
Eligible to work in the United States permanently without sponsorship
