Responsibilities
Designing, training, and optimizing transformer-based LLMs from scratch
Applying model compression and optimization techniques to reduce latency and cost in production
Deploying and operating ML models at scale (batch & real-time)
Defining and leading evaluation strategies for Agentic AI and RAG systems, translating business workflows into measurable success metrics
Monitoring production KPIs such as latency, cost, reliability, and performance
Collaborating closely with analytics teams and stakeholders to productionise ML models end-to-end
Contributing to and improving ML infrastructure across the full model lifecycle
Participating in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and consistency
Qualification
Required
3–4+ years of commercial experience delivering ML projects end-to-end
Deep understanding of transformer architectures, training pipelines, and experimentation
Hands-on experience deploying ML systems in production environments
Proven experience with LLM training, optimization, or compression
Strong engineering mindset with the ability to balance research and production constraints
