They are seeking a Corporate Recruiter for North America who will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and hiring qualified candidates, while collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring process.

Responsibilities
Sourcing Candidates: Actively search for potential candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications to determine their suitability for specific positions
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process
Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization
Feedback and Communication: Provide feedback to candidates after interviews and maintain regular communication to keep them informed about the hiring process
Negotiation and Offer Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare and present job offers to selected candidates. Negotiate terms and finalize employment agreements
Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process by ensuring new hires have the necessary information, resources, and support to integrate smoothly into the company
Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice
Qualification
Required
Native English speaker
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Communications
2–5 years of experience in corporate recruiting and/or agency recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Proven expertise in sourcing and evaluating candidates using a variety of recruitment methods
Articulate, precise, and excellent communication skills (giving and receiving feedback)
Climate advocate with a drive to leave the world in a better place
Authorized to work in the U.S
The candidate must be able to travel to Amsterdam for a two-week onboarding program at our headquarters
