Responsibilities
Lead research and applied work in advanced AI, especially LLM-based agents, complex task planning, automated reasoning, and system automation
Solve high-difficulty AI problems in e-commerce contexts, such as dynamic decision-making, multimodal interaction, automated workflow generation, code assistance, and system optimization
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate research insights into scalable, production-ready AI capabilities
Represent Genstore in the AI research and industry community, Mentor and empower AI engineers and research-oriented talent, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation
Qualification
Required
Major in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields, or equivalent research experience
Strong programming and systems implementation skills, with experience transitioning research prototypes to stable systems
Passion for solving open-ended problems, with excellent analytical, logical, and innovative thinking
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, able to thrive in a cross-cultural, fast-paced startup environment
Preferred
Strong preference for candidates with Research or engineering experience focusing on LLM applications, agents, reinforcement learning, or AI for Coding/Research
Top-tier university in AI-related fields with a research focus on LLM applications or complex problem-solving
