Responsibilities

Work full-time on impactful projects and participate in sales competitions that align with your education while driving real business results
Collaborate closely with seasoned sales professionals, gaining insight into what a future career in sales could look like at Hilti
Partner with an existing team of sales professionals to complete projects and get exposure to what a full-time sales role could look like

Required

In pursuit of a bachelor's degree in professional sales, marketing or other related business degree
Current student graduating in fall 2026 or spring 2027
Availability to work June 1st – July 31st, 2026
Drive to develop strong and sustainable customer relationships
Strong learning agility
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Willing to relocate nationally
Eligible to work in the United States permanently without sponsorship
