Responsibilities
Manage administrative tasks related to the evaluation, onboarding, and maintenance of education partners
Export, organize, and report on submissions from prospective partners
Respond to inquiries regarding different education products and programs with professional messaging and follow-up
Collect and organize sponsorship engagement requests and assist in onboarding new partners, including gathering media kits and test accounts
Create and maintain records in internal tools, ensuring partner information—including main contacts, offer URLs, logos, and support contacts—is accurate and up to date
Guide existing partners through the renewal process and provide support for escalated issues requiring third-party communication
Regularly update and maintain contact lists using quarterly surveys and coordinate the collection of media assets for promotional purposes
Support the fulfillment of swag for partner engagements and assist with volunteer programs for partnered educational events
Process applications from students and faculty seeking academic benefits
Respond to support inquiries from educational users, providing timely and effective assistance
