Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions and enhancements for customer’s Windchill PLM, user requirements and technical designs
Help squad members in problem-solving technical challenges, providing guidance on the implementation of effective solutions
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and adhere to the SAFe Agile framework to ensure timely delivery of Program Increment (PI) objectives
Stay abreast of Windchill PLM enhancements and best practices, providing recommendations for process improvements
Assist in training team members on new features and functionalities within the Windchill PLM system
Collaborate with the team during story refinement, technical design discussions, and effort estimation to ensure well-defined tasks and timelines
Strong Understanding of Windchill Architecture. Able to lead technical implementation teams in analyzing business requirements and contributes to the design of PTC Solutions intended to address complex customer business processes
Qualification
Required
Over 6+ years of hands-on experience in windchill PLM Customization
Expertise in Windchill Data Model
Windchill customization
Java development
SQL
Knowledge in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain
Understanding business processes
Requirements analysis
Administration and verification/validation of proposed solution approaches
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions and enhancements for customer's Windchill PLM
User requirements and technical designs
Help squad members in problem-solving technical challenges
Providing guidance on the implementation of effective solutions
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives)
