Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end recruitment for diverse profiles (warehouse operators, biomedical technicians, buyers, quality management, supply chain, procurement, etc.). Ensure strong knowledge of local market practices and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies
Manage HR administrative tasks with a solid understanding of Georgia labor law and state regulations
Support the implementation of new HR tools and processes, ensuring smooth adoption across the organization
Build strong relationships with frontline managers, providing guidance and operational HR support on-site
Act as a key liaison between the US entity and the French headquarters, fostering alignment and communication
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent (preferably from a top business school)
Minimum 3 years in HR development roles within an international and complex environment
Proven track record in sourcing and attracting talent in Georgia, with knowledge of US job boards, ATS systems, and local recruitment agencies
Strong foundation in Georgia labor law and state regulations
Change management and HR process implementation skills
Conflict resolution and manager support skills
Advanced Excel skills for KPI analysis and reporting
Excellent listening, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities
Native English speaker
Preferred
French language skills
Previous experience working with a European headquarters (ideally French)
