Responsibilities

Develop and optimize CNC programs for 5 Axis Machines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Utilize G Code programming to create precise machining instructions for various components
Implement and manage CMM and probe operations to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications

Qualification

Required

Proven experience as a CNC programmer with a focus on 5 Axis Machines
Strong knowledge of G Code programming and its applications in CNC machining
Experience with CMM and probe operations for quality assurance
Proficiency in Gibbs Cam software for CNC programming and simulation

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
5+ years of experience in CNC programming and machining
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices
