Responsibilities
Oversee all business aspects of multiple concurrent mechanical projects, ensuring financial targets and quality standards are met
Supervise and mentor project managers, assistant project managers, and project engineers
Directly manage field supervisors, including training, scheduling, and performance reviews
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Manage budgeting, materials procurement, and production activities for assigned projects
Plan and allocate resources to meet project milestones and deadlines
Act as liaison between clients and project teams to address scope changes, resolve issues, and communicate progress
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality guidelines, and best practices
Utilize document management systems for project correspondence and records
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years of project management experience with a mechanical/plumbing contractor in Data Center, Industrial or Healthcare construction
Ability to read and interpret mechanical HVAC plans, including VRF/VRV, DX Split, Water Source Heat Pumps, Chilled Water systems, and ductwork
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in high-volume environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Experience managing projects remotely is a plus
