Responsibilities
Manage and maintain data accuracy
Optimize and maintain HRIS functionality, ensuring alignment with end-to-end HR processes
Manage dashboards and reports in Workday to support data-driven decision making
Test configurations for newly deployed functionalities and integrations
Lead user support initiatives, including training, documentation, and change communication
Act as change champion in the roll-out of new modules
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration or equivalent
Experience working with HR systems, with Minimum 2 years' experience as a Workday administrator
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Collaborative, proactive mindset with good self-management
Strong communication skills; English verbal & written
Business-facing orientation prioritized over purely technical depth
Data-driven, precise and diligent mindset
