Responsibilities
Represent partner brands during in-person events across Houston
Build relationships with customers and communicate product benefits confidently
Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site visual presentation
Work towards daily and weekly sales targets in a structured, competitive environment
Learn how to support and guide newer team members on event days
Assist with tracking performance across the team and reporting campaign results
Contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and event productivity
Observe and participate in small-team meetings, coaching moments, and campaign briefings
Develop confidence leading conversations, giving feedback, and supporting team morale
Qualification
Required
Entry-level position with a desire for growth beyond just a sales job
Ability to learn the foundations of face-to-face sales and customer engagement
Willingness to take on responsibilities that support team performance, motivation, and development
Ability to represent partner brands during in-person events
