Responsibilities
Assist attorneys through all phases of personal injury litigation, including pre-litigation and trial preparation
Draft, organize, and manage pleadings, discovery, and case documentation
Coordinate medical records, depositions, and client communications
Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and case management databases
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal (plaintiff experience preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is a plus
