Responsibilities

Analyze business processes, policies, and system impacts
Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements
Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and Agile teams
Create and prioritize user stories and product backlogs
Develop test plans, test cases, and support UAT
Track risks, issues, defects, and project status
Review vendor deliverables to ensure requirements are met

Qualification

Required

8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong background in Agile/Scrum environments
Expertise in requirements documentation and stakeholder collaboration
Hands-on experience with UAT, test planning, and execution
Experience with Medicaid Management Information Systems
Knowledge of Texas Medicaid programs and PASRR
Proficiency with MS Teams, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint

Preferred

Knowledge of Texas Medicaid and PASRR
Experience with Long-Term Care systems or portals
