The Contract Administrator and Paralegal will support the legal team in managing contracts and ensuring compliance with local and international laws as the company expands its operations in Europe.

Responsibilities

Supporting the legal team drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contracts, including employment, NDAs, partnerships, technology, engineering, manufacturing, and procurement agreements

Researching matters related to intellectual property, export controls, and employment law, collaborating with the General Counsel, broader legal team, trade controls team, and external counsel as needed

Engage with Dutch and EU regulators and ensure compliance with local and European laws, including RF spectrum use and export controls

Support the development and maintenance of policies and governance frameworks

Conduct legal due diligence for potential sales, partnerships, and vendors

Assist in the development and growth of the new EU team and office, sales, and partnerships
