Responsibilities

Operate at a strategic level across all functions and be an integral part of the Senior Leadership team

Report to the CFO, partner with senior leadership and have significant exposure to the board and shareholders

Drive business performance during the period of rapid expansion and lead FP&A initiatives

Drive the finance agenda and business partner across all operations

Ensure the correct decisions are made, costs are controlled, and initiatives are evaluated productively

Lead the delivery of FP&A, management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

Own all strategic planning and projects, financial modelling, and corporate planning

Provide the CFO, board, and shareholders with the financial insight required to make decisions

Conduct significant amounts of ad-hoc analysis and project work on behalf of the CEO and CFO

Drive improvements to systems and process from a senior level
