Amrize is seeking a Plant Foreman to oversee daily aggregate activity and operations. The role includes ensuring safety, coordinating production plans, and supporting personnel in achieving efficient production schedules.

Responsibilities

Oversees the overall safety of all personnel working at, or visiting the site

Ensures conformance with policies and procedures, safety regulations, and local, State and Federal laws and regulations

Coordinates tasks according to priorities and plans executing daily production plans in the most efficient manner

Allocates general and daily responsibilities

Coordinates and monitors plant activities to include the maintenance of equipment

Supports and assists personnel in achieving timely and efficient production schedules

Ensures manpower and resources are adequate

Ensures proper documentation of operations activities in logs and/or incident reports

Ensures operators of stationary and mobile equipment are adequately trained to efficiently and safely perform the task

Acts as a go-to resource for troubleshooting plant malfunctions, SAP and other special needs

Escalates employee relations and serious plant issues to Production Supervisor and/or Plant Management for resolution

Reports on progress to Quarry Supervisor with dotted line report to Production Supervisor

Willing to work flexible schedule as business needs change

Required

High School diploma/GED

Three (3) to five (5) years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified

Demonstrated leadership abilities
