Responsibilities
Record and maintain daily financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
Reconcile accounts to ensure accurate financial data and resolve discrepancies
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
Conduct bank reconciliations to verify financial accuracy
Prepare basic financial reports to support decision-making and compliance
Perform payroll processing and ensure timely payments
Assist with month-end close procedures and related tasks
Utilize QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping and financial management
Input and manage financial data with precision using Microsoft Excel
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and organizational policies
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in accounting software
Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role
Proficiency in QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online
Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation
Ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations and month-end close processes
Familiarity with payroll processing and financial reporting
Advanced data entry skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial data management
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
