Responsibilities
Advise employers on federal, state, and local employment law compliance
Draft and update employee handbooks, workplace policies, and training materials
Counsel on leave laws, ADA/ADAAA accommodations, and employee relations matters
Conduct or support internal workplace investigations
Analyze wage-and-hour risks and recommend corrective strategies
Support employment aspects of mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and workforce transitions
Provide proactive guidance to reduce litigation exposure and manage risk
Qualification
Required
1–10+ years of employment law experience, preferably management-side
Background in compliance, counseling, investigations, or wage-and-hour matters
Strong research, analytical, and client-communication skills
Litigation experience is a plus, but not required for all teams
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
