Experience: 8+ years in data platform engineering
Cloud Expertise: AWS: RDS, Redshift, DMS, Lambda
OCI Cloud data services
Infrastructure-as-Code: Terraform, AWS CloudFormation
Replication & Streaming: IBM CDC replication technologies
Confluent Kafka
IBM Voltage encryption
NoSQL Expertise: Strong in Couchbase cluster management
Version upgrades, security patching, and performance tuning
High availability via node scaling and rebalancing
Programming & Automation: Python & Shell scripting
Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines
Systems Knowledge: Linux/Unix environments
Networking protocols
Ownership of production systems
Soft Skills: Excellent communication
Comfortable working across IST & US Eastern time zones
