The firm is seeking a highly motivated Analyst / Associate to join its investment team, offering hands-on exposure to the full investment lifecycle, including underwriting, due diligence, deal execution, and portfolio monitoring.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain detailed financial models, credit analyses, and investment memoranda
Support comprehensive due diligence across all transactions
Assist in evaluating new investment opportunities
Support transaction structuring, negotiation, and closing processes
Conduct deep-dive analysis across a wide range of sectors (technology, consumers, services, industrials etc)
Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics
Track portfolio company performance and financial results
Support ongoing engagement with management teams and sponsors
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of relevant experience in private credit or leveraged finance investment banking
Strong financial modelling, credit underwriting, and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA or advanced degree a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a lean, collaborative environment
