Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the market area

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls

Deliver financial insights, variance analysis, and KPIs to support strategic decision-making

Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes in collaboration with operations leadership

Monitor financial performance and recommend corrective actions

Analyze revenue, cost trends, and operational initiatives to improve profitability

Partner with operations to support route optimization and resource allocation strategies

Evaluate financial impact of operational changes and growth initiatives

Support internal and external audits and implement improvement recommendations

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals

Serve as a key financial partner to operations, sales, and compliance teams

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

8–10+ years of progressive accounting and financial leadership experience

Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial/ERP systems

Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with operational leaders

Preferred

CPA preferred, but not required
