Responsibilities
Partner with compliance and integrity stakeholders to design, build, and enhance custom technology solutions and automated workflows
Contribute to digital tools that support policy management, reporting, issue intake and triage, screening, monitoring, and oversight activities
Help advance enterprise compliance capabilities by supporting documentation standards, control mapping, gap assessments, training initiatives, and ongoing monitoring
Define, track, and analyze performance metrics to support dashboards and leadership reporting
Prepare clear reports and presentations that inform leadership decisions, highlight trends, and support continuous improvement
Use data-driven insights to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities to strengthen compliance operations
Collaborate across functions to deliver solutions while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related discipline
At least four years of experience improving business processes through automation or technology-enabled solutions
Working knowledge of compliance or ethics program frameworks and their application to technology or AI-enabled initiatives
Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional projects
Strong process analysis skills, including documenting current-state workflows and designing future-state improvements
Ability to evaluate data to assess risk and performance
Experience designing operational controls aligned with organizational objectives
Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools
High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable operating in an evolving environment
Preferred
Professional certification in compliance, ethics, or a related field
Familiarity with automation platforms and project or workflow management tools
