Responsibilities

Act as engineering support to network security operations for the testing and configuration of new information security products and services

Make configuration changes, code upgrades and troubleshoot issues related to firewalls, load balancers, routers, and switches

Explain complex issues, data flows, and packet analysis to the customer in a way they can understand

Perform packet captures and analysis of packet captures to identify anomalous behavior and performance issues

Required

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field minimum six (6) years of prior relevant experience. Otherwise, Graduate Degree and a minimum of four (4) years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree minimum of ten (10) years prior related experience

Relevant network engineering experience with security technology management, including system test, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting in a global enterprise environment

Experience integrating large complex multi-vendor solutions

Ability to obtain and maintain a FAA public trust clearance
