Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty
Prepare timely and complete insurance quotes for customers
Round out accounts by offering additional personal lines coverages
Conduct regular account reviews to improve retention
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems
Ethical conduct at all times
Qualification
Required
2+ years of independent insurance industry experience related to managing personal lines accounts
Active Property and Casualty license
Experience with Agency Management Systems such AMS360 or similar software
Knowledge of computer software packages, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
