They are seeking a Head of Lifestyle Proposition & Partnerships for North America to lead the strategy and evolution of their luxury lifestyle offerings, overseeing a team to enhance high-value partnerships and ensure operational excellence for Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the Lifestyle Proposition strategy for NAM in alignment with Ten's global objectives, ensuring bold, forward-looking approaches across Dining, Retail, Travel, Entertainment, and other lifestyle categories

Develop and manage a portfolio of dining, travel and lifestyle services and partnerships that deliver best-in-market offers and benefits, tailored to the needs of UHNW clients across the NAM market

Drive innovation in lifestyle offerings and design impactful campaigns that increase member engagement, requests, and bookings, while clearly communicating value to internal teams and clients

Work cross-functionally with global and regional teams to share best practices, strengthen synergies, and ensure seamless integration of lifestyle services into existing delivery mechanisms

Monitor performance against key metrics (NPS, engagement, commercial targets) to continuously improve propositions. Foster a high-performance culture, providing leadership, coaching, and opportunities for professional growth within the team

Represent Ten at industry events and forums, showcasing our thought leadership and strengthening brand presence in the luxury lifestyle space

Required

Minimum of 3 years' team leadership experience in the luxury sector, hospitality, or lifestyle services, with a focus on UHNW client engagement and service delivery

Strong understanding of the Dining industry

Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change within a global environment

Strong experience in commercial and partnership management, including developing and implementing policies and procedures that improve performance and results

Experience working in fast-paced, technology-driven environments with a passion for innovation

Fluency in English required
