Responsibilities
Take product concepts from idea to interactive, functional prototype quickly and efficiently
Establish and maintain relationships with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on design direction
Design and refine user experiences through fast iteration and feedback loops
Conduct usability testing and integrate findings into design improvements
Present and communicate design solutions visually and verbally to stakeholders
Maintain design consistency across product features and platforms
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, or related field
7+ years related experience in UX, interaction design, and prototyping
Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
Expert ability to work independently and manage one's time
Expert leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback
Expert knowledge of UX design principles, interaction patterns, and usability best practices
Expert proficiency with Figma, Bolt, Replit and other prototype/design tools
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred
Comfortable working in rapid, iterative design cycles
Comfortable working at speed, producing high-quality prototypes quickly
