Responsibilities
Performs all work according to OSHA and H&K Safety policies
Invoicing and purchase orders for all vendors and customers
Distribution and coordination of ordering all promotional needs
Handle various requests that are related to the job
Handle customers and assist with outside customer orders
Maintain spreadsheets for customer information
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent (such as the GED) from an accredited education institution
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE as needed
Ability to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as relevant to job)
Preferred
Six months of related experience and/or training
Experience promotional merchandising, screen printing, or other related industry
OSHA or other relevant safety certifications
