Responsibilities

Assist in managing diverse projects, from property inspections to environmental assessments

Implement health and safety programs and manage technical tasks on large-scale projects

Lead or participate in projects involving asbestos, lead-based paint, radon, biological hazards, and Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs)

Conduct environmental investigations and oversee the removal of hazardous materials

Perform air sampling, waste profiling, and ensure regulatory compliance

Coordinate with site operators and report to Senior Management, while developing strong client relationships

Required

Three to five years of project technical experience, including IH surveys, IAQ, noise assessments, asbestos, LBP, and mold surveys/investigations, and abatement management

State of Colorado Certified Asbestos Building Inspector (CABI) and Air Monitoring Specialist (AMS) certifications

A BS degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science or related field

Knowledgeable in health and safety program implementation and capable of managing varied technical tasks

Proactive, independent, and ready to make an immediate impact

Local candidate who resides in the Denver, CO, Loveland, CO, or Laramie, WY metro area and has experience in private-sector, project-oriented businesses, focused on commercial, education, and industrial projects
