Responsibilities
Own the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, ensuring clients meet their business objectives
Develop and execute structured Customer Success plans with measurable outcomes
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and guidance tailored to their goals
Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to advocate for clients’ needs
Identify opportunities to expand relationships and drive account growth
Qualification
Required
3+ years in a Customer Success role, ideally in B2B SaaS
Experience working with private equity, financial, or capital markets clients
Strategic thinker with a methodical approach to customer success processes
Strong communicator, comfortable engaging with all levels internally and externally
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with resilience and collaborative spirit
