Develop medium-to-long-term business development strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy
Analyze market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
Establish measurable business development goals and KPIs, and ensure their successful implementation
Identify and develop new markets, industries, and customer segments
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and drive strategic customer acquisition
Develop and execute cross-regional or global market expansion plans
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with strategic partners (including channels, alliances, and investment partnerships)
Promote collaborative partnerships across companies and industries to achieve win-win outcomes
Lead business negotiations for joint ventures, strategic investments, or acquisition opportunities
Increase company revenue and profits through innovative business models and solutions
Optimize sales strategies, pricing models, and commercial contract terms
Drive high-value transactions and ensure successful project execution
Collaborate closely with product, operations, marketing, finance, and other departments to drive business implementation
Lead the business development team and cultivate high-performing talent
Promote data-driven business decision-making and improve the accuracy of business forecasting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field
18+ years of experience in business development, market expansion, and strategic partnerships
At least 8 years of senior management experience in a large enterprise or multinational corporation
Proven track record of industry resources and successfully driving significant collaborations or transactions
Preferred
MBA or EMBA preferred
Experience in international market expansion or M&A projects is a plus
