Responsibilities

Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies

Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency)

Apply data analytics algorithms and ML/LLM techniques to automate and simplify customers’ triaging process

Apply data analytics algorithms to identify the hotspots of the qualification test output

Develop code for data pipelines and related infrastructure

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree

2 years of experience in data analysis, with experience in SQL

Experience in the following: Python, Go or C++, etc

Preferred

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields

2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms

Experience building or managing distributed systems or cloud infrastructure

Experience in developing tools and infrastructure for data pipelines: datastore, UX (including interactive UIs), databases, etc

Experience in making raw data actionable and improving debuggability based on raw or structured data (via statistics or ML/AI)
