Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards
Manage accounts payable/receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments/collections
Utilize financial software to manage financial data effectively
Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making
Collaborate with other departments to support financial management initiatives
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts to guide company strategy
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all financial transactions
Codes invoices, sets up new accounts, reconciles accounts, and closes the monthly books
Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
Perform financial review of sub-consultants and contractors for Clients
Provides outside auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents to perform the audit
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
2 years+ Accounting experience required
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
Extensive knowledge of financial accounting
Proficiency in financial software applications
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
Bilingual in English and Chinese required
