Help shape and continuously improve our courses as part of a growing, AI-native academic team
Support students in discussion boards to deepen understanding and keep momentum
Review exams and assessments to help set a clear academic quality bar
Respond to academic support tickets with clear guidance and content clarification
Qualification
Required
BA/Associate degree in Software Engineering (or a related field) with hands-on experience in the field
Strong written communication with a student-first mindset
Reliable, responsive, and comfortable working asynchronously
