Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance core software systems that support trading, analytics, and research workflows
Collaborate with quantitative and trading teams to build tools and applications that improve speed, scalability, and performance
Take ownership of end-to-end projects, from concept through deployment, in a Linux-based environment
Continuously improve system reliability, adaptability, and efficiency through thoughtful engineering and problem-solving
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
At least 2 years of professional Python development experience in a production setting
Strong proficiency with Python in Linux environments
Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Clear and effective communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, manage priorities, and deliver results in a dynamic environment
