Represent Ohio CAT professionally on campus
Train under experienced mentors
Perform real-world diesel repair and maintenance tasks
Progress to more advanced assignments over time
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (required before program start)
Basic diesel knowledge or mechanical aptitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow safety protocols and use necessary equipment
Comfortable using computers and diagnostic tools
Lift/carry up to 40 lbs; pull up to 50 lbs
Stand, sit, climb stairs, and enter/exit machinery
Frequent hand/wrist/finger movement
Work environments range from quiet offices to loud shop environments
