Responsibilities

Attend meetings with CJCC staff to ascertain roles, responsibility and use cases of the system

Facilitate meetings, including drafting agenda, meeting notes, and follow-up plans with stakeholders

Document current state including the following within 15 working days of contract start date and present a draft via email

Flow diagram of current state process (Agency granted access to JUSTIS)

Summary of current state process (Agency granted access to JUSTIS)

Flow diagram of current state process (Individuals granted access to data in JUSTIS)

Summary of current state process (Individuals granted access to data in JUSTIS)

Flow diagram of current state process (JUSTIS User Audit)

Summary of current state process (JUSTIS User Audit)

Findings/Report on current state processes

Document target state including within 30 working days of contract start date and present a draft via email

Flow diagram of target state process (Agency granted access to JUSTIS)

Flow diagram of target state process (Individuals granted access to data in JUSTIS)

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience

Progressive experience in enterprise infrastructure and applications architecture

IT Project and Program management experience

IT Team Leadership Experience

Outstanding oral communication skills, including public speaking

Outstanding written communication skills, including writing complex documents

IT strategic planning and strategy

Enterprise Architecture Certification (TOGAF, ArchiMate Zachman or similar)
