Responsibilities
Lead the technical implementation of the Sensitivity Classification Framework and DLP solution using Microsoft Purview
Develop and document comprehensive data classification policies leveraging Purview's Information Protection features, including automated classification with sensitive information types and trainable classifiers
Design and configure DLP policies to monitor and protect data across endpoints, networks, cloud environments, email, and on-premises data sources (e.g., SharePoint 2019, file shares, SQL servers)
Integrate Purview classification and DLP with Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams), Azure, and supported third-party SaaS applications
Enable protective measures like encryption and rights management and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, SOX) via Purview's compliance tools and reporting features
Set up real-time alerts, incident response workflows, and compliance dashboards
Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to PCAOB IT/security staff
