Responsibilities
Administer and maintain WebEOC V10 for daily operations and system stability
Support planning, testing, and implementation efforts related to WebEOC NexUs migration
Manage users, positions, roles, permissions, and access provisioning
Configure and maintain incidents, processes, notifications, plug-ins, and system settings
Develop, update, and troubleshoot boards, including code adjustments and design enhancements
Move boards and system configurations between environments through imports and exports
Maintain documentation for configuration changes, system updates, and procedures
Configure and support GIS integrations for cloud and on-premises environments
Integrate mapping services, geospatial layers, and situational awareness tools using the ArcGIS API
Collaborate with vendors to translate operational needs into technical configurations
Provide support for plug-ins, mapping tools, custom workflows, and integrations
Assist with Microsoft Teams notifications, alerts, and communication channels
Support users with communication workflows during activations and daily operations
Provide support for additional emergency operations systems such as alerting tools
Offer real-time support during emergency activations, including troubleshooting and workflow assistance
Deliver user training and documentation for WebEOC and related platforms
Work extended or irregular hours during emergency operations
Assist with other assigned state applications or technical projects
Collaborate with emergency management staff, IT teams, and stakeholders to ensure operational readiness
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience administering WebEOC V10
Experience supporting migration efforts toward WebEOC NexUs
Strong understanding of user provisioning, incident configuration, roles, and positions
Experience creating, editing, and troubleshooting boards, including code updates in HTML and JavaScript
Experience with GIS integrations and the ArcGIS API
Familiarity with plug-ins, system notifications, mapping tools, and communication integrations such as Microsoft Teams
Ability to work with vendors and technical service providers to implement business requirements
Experience with cloud and on-premises WebEOC environments
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills
Six years of related experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science or management information systems from an accredited institution
Preferred
Experience supporting WebEOC systems, GIS integrations, communication platforms, and emergency operations workflows
Experience with emergency management or public safety environments
Familiarity with API integrations, scripting, or basic database concepts
Experience with .NET development or working within Visual Studio Code
Experience with EOC communication platforms such as alerting systems
Background in emergency management, public safety, or government operations
