The role involves creating engaging digital learning content, managing the LMS lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve driver behaviour and customer experience.

Responsibilities
Design and maintain end-to-end learning curricula for driver-partners, operations staff, and customer support—covering onboarding, safety, service standards, and compliance
Create engaging digital learning content (microlearning, video, assessments) and convert existing material into SCORM/xAPI-compliant modules for the LMS
Deliver virtual instructor-led sessions and workshops; coach trainers and field facilitators to ensure consistent program delivery
Implement and manage the LMS lifecycle—user provisioning, course releases, learner journeys, and certification workflows
Define KPIs and use learning analytics to measure program effectiveness, iterate content, and report impact to stakeholders
Localise content for regional languages and partner with cross-functional teams to integrate learning into operational processes and driver incentives
