Responsibilities
Perform Business Process Analysis Documentation
Interpret requirements, seek clarification as needed and estimate, propose, document and monitor solutions that integrate within the existing technology stack where required
Perform test plans documentation
Guide brain-storming sessions, work with focus groups, manage project scheduling and co-ordinate with the ITS and HRA project team
Assist with monitoring activities including the creation, update, and maintenance of project dashboards
Provide mentoring to State staff and other contract resources in all tools as required
