Responsibilities

Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including accurate data entry

Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts on a regular basis

Prepare and execute payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate payments

Manage month-end closing activities, including journal entries and financial reporting

Perform account reconciliations to verify and resolve discrepancies

Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to track and analyze financial data

Assist with preparing documents and reports for audits or tax filings

Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies

Required

Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related accounting role

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel

Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations

Ability to perform accurate account reconciliations and month-end close processes

Familiarity with payroll management and financial reporting

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to meet deadlines

Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
