The role involves creating geospatial web and scripting applications, managing enterprise geodatabases, and ensuring proper documentation and testing of solutions.

Responsibilities
Serve as part of a team of Geographic Information System (GIS) developers who deliver geospatial solutions at an enterprise level
Create geospatial web and scripting applications within the ESRI stack
Develop custom widgets, geoprocessing services, ETL processes, and integrations across different software and platforms
Manage enterprise geodatabases, database servers, web servers, and other cloud-based infrastructure
Plan and execute the testing, installation, implementation, and support of such solutions, as well as providing documentation
Gather complete business requirements and gain business approval before proceeding with solutions
Maintain a list of backlog requests, assist in the prioritization of the backlog and planning of work streams
Ensure proper time and resource management
Qualification
Required
Excellent working knowledge of programming with Python, JavaScript, and other languages
Responsible for creating geospatial web and scripting applications within the ESRI stack
Develop custom widgets, geoprocessing services, ETL processes, and integrations across different software and platforms
Management of enterprise geodatabases, database servers, web servers, and other cloud-based infrastructure
Ability to plan and execute the testing, installation, implementation, and support of solutions
Providing documentation
Gathering complete business requirements and gaining business approval before proceeding with solutions
Maintaining a list of backlog requests
Assisting in the prioritization of the backlog and planning of work streams
Proper time and resource management
Software/Skills Requirements: ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise/Server > 10.9.1
Software/Skills Requirements: ESRI ArcGIS Pro > 2.9
Software/Skills Requirements: Other ESRI (LRS, Workflow Manager, Image Server, Reality, Velocity, Monitor, GeoEvent)
Experience managing ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal, Server, etc) in a cloud environment
Application and database development
Data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Voyager, web maps, dashboards)
Automation (FME, VertiGIS Studio, Python, Geoprocessing, SQL)
Familiarity running/training machine learning (AI/ML) models
Web frameworks and programming (Javascript, HTML, CSS, PHP, .NET programming)
Preferred
Comfortable using all aspects of ArcGIS Enterprise
Familiarity with Amazon and Azure cloud-based products
Strong written and oral communications skills
Ability to work effectively with others in establishing cooperative relationships
Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
Familiarity with the principles and practices of transportation planning
