Execute M&A transactions across various sectors, supporting senior bankers throughout the full transaction lifecycle
Take ownership of key deliverables, including financial models, pitch presentations, and marketing materials
Lead workstreams on due diligence, valuation, and execution processes
Collaborate with senior team members to manage client relationships and contribute to origination efforts
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in investment banking or a Big 4 M&A/Corporate Finance team
Excellent financial modelling, valuation, and technical skillset
Ability to work in a lean, high-performing environment with strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
