Lead diverse water/wastewater projects that strengthen community infrastructure
Build relationships with clients grounded in trust, respect, and long-term partnership
Mentor and inspire others to grow as professionals and problem-solvers, lead and mentor other engineers in production and design
Execute multiple tasks under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
QA/QC
Manage key projects throughout North Carolina
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Water/Wastewater engineering experience
Professional Engineering (P.E.) license for the state of North Carolina or ability to possess licensure within 6 months
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent experience
Proficiency with Civil3D
Preferred
Experience with public sector projects preferred
