Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for window and door replacements

Conduct in-home consultations to assess project requirements and provide product demonstrations

Create accurate and detailed estimates, proposals, and contracts for clients

Coordinate with the installation team to ensure timely and quality project execution

Follow up with customers throughout the sales process to answer questions and address concerns

Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools

Participate in ongoing training to stay current with product offerings, industry trends, and sales techniques
