Senior LevelIS3 Solutions is seeking a senior NetDevOps specialist to help lead the development of next-generation network automation for a major broadcast environment. The role involves architecting and building automation tooling and pipelines, guiding vendor integrations, and driving the adoption of automation-first practices across the organization.

Responsibilities
Architect and build automation tooling and pipelines using NetBox, GitLab, Arista CVP/MCS, and Evertz Magnum
Own the automation stack, while supporting others in creating and maintaining operational runbooks
Guide vendor integrations: sometimes hands-on developing, other times serving as manager, tester, or approver of interfaces
Lead cross-functional task forces that bring together developers, broadcast engineers, and network engineers
Drive adoption of automation-first practices across the organization
Qualification
Required
Strong background in Python and Ansible (Rego knowledge is a bonus)

Knowledge of Cloud Network architecture
CI/CD, automation, and integrations
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mentor, train, and influence teams outside your direct line. There is no people management
Proven success with NetBox, GitLab, Arista CVP/MCS, and CI/CD automation at scale
A collaborative mindset, comfortable leading in a matrixed environment
Preferred
Comfort working in managed network environments
Broadcast media experience is a plus but not required
