Responsibilities
Install and configure PC hardware components (processors, storage drives, graphics cards, memory, network cards)
Set up and maintain BIOS configurations, device drivers, and system-level applications
Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems
Execute test plans and maintain test farm infrastructure to ensure system readiness
Ability to read and interpret technical instructions, schematics, and PC layouts
Excellent teamwork and communication skills; able to clearly document test results and report issues
Good organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Quick learner, able to adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes
Demonstrates enthusiasm, team spirit, and proactive problem-solving
Strong written and verbal communication skills for issue reporting and documentation
Qualification
Required
2+ years of PC validation/testing or motherboard debugging and troubleshooting experience
Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving hardware issues quickly
Solid understanding of PC x86 architecture and system-level knowledge of subsystems: Memory, PCI-E, USB, SATA, Ethernet, Processor, and Chipset
Install and configure PC hardware components (processors, storage drives, graphics cards, memory, network cards)
Set up and maintain BIOS configurations, device drivers, and system-level applications
Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems
Comfortable with Linux command line for system configuration and automation
Experience with x86 software configuration and modification
Execute test plans and maintain test farm infrastructure to ensure system readiness
